Who we are

Tixnest is operated by Athos Studio Productions et Technologies inc., 1414 rue Chomedey, Montréal, Québec. Our person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at vie-privee@tixnest.com.

Consent

Consent is specific to each purpose, and privacy settings are protective by default. Anyone under 14 needs a parent's consent.

Automated decisions

Stripe Radar may decline a payment automatically. You can ask for it to be reviewed.

Retention

Order and tax records are kept for 6 years, under federal and Quebec tax rules. Other categories are anonymized or destroyed once their purpose is served.

Your rights

Access, correction, portability, withdrawing consent, asking that dissemination stop. We reply within 30 days. You can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information. Reach us at vie-privee@tixnest.com.

Cookies

  • Strictly necessary: the consent cookie, the waiting-room cookie, private-event access, organizer and admin session cookies, and Stripe's fraud-prevention cookies at checkout.
  • Preferences (opt-in): the preferred-place cookie.
