1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Athos Productions, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you install or use the Tixnest app in your Shopify store or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the"Service").
By installing the app or using the Service, you agree that we may process your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not install the app or use the Service.

The types of information we collect depend on how you use the Service and how your Shopify store is configured. Generally, we collect the following categories of information:
2.1 Information from Merchants
- Store and account information provided through Shopify.
- Configuration settings related to your events and tickets.
- Contact details you provide to us (such as name and email) if you reach out for support.
2.2 Information about Event Attendees
When you use the Service to sell tickets, we may process, on your behalf, information about your customers (attendees), such as:
- Contact details required for ticket delivery (e.g. name, email).
- Ticket purchase details and order information from Shopify.
- Ticket identifiers (such as QR codes or barcodes).
- Event attendance and check-in status.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect certain technical information when you or your staff use the Service, such as:
- Browser type and settings.
- Device information and operating system.
- IP address, date and time of access, and usage logs.
- Information about how you interact with the app interface and features.

- To generate and deliver tickets (including QR codes, PDFs, and wallet passes).

Where required, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws.
